POPS and Erv went to Game 1 of the 1958 World Series. Bill Bruton, pinch-hitting for Andy Pafko, singled in the bottom of the 10th off Warren Spahn (who pitched all 10 innings) to give the Braves a 4-3 victory over the Yankees.
